Help! I'm Feeling Blah Today!
Having those blah moments, again?
What do you do when you feel this way? Do you seep deeply into the blah or do you find ways to get you out of that bubble?
Let's think for a minute what a blah moment is...they are those moments when you wake up and feel unmotivated to do just about anything. The days when you are numb or feeling blue. So you just sit there and stare in a fog...at necessary nothingness! Kind of like the woman in the picture. You're just blah!
Although this may sound and seem crazy, we all have them. But, what we do to survive the blahs are key!
Allowing our blah to ruin a whole day shouldn't be an option, especially when you have a whole lot of work to do!
So what do you do to pop you out of that bubble?
You can start, by finding out why you are in a blah. Are you getting good sleep? Is there something bogging you down and weighing heavy on your spirit? Are you eating properly? You know, things of this sort.
Once understanding where you are, think of ways to move forward. Blahs are there to tell us something. Whether it be to get us re-motivated about a venture or to prompt us to deal with a specific area, they are telling us something needs fixing!
We should never become passive about our blahs because once we do we can find ourselves in a rut that could've been prevented. You can get out of that blah today, it doesn't have to stay!
Sometimes, reading a good inspirational book, or watching an encouraging movie is just enough to break the bubble. Then, there are times when we could use a good cry, but whatever it may be, it can go away today and it doesn't have to stay!
Blahs can be your friend or your enemy, but which would you have it to be today?
