Changes Coming Soon!
Hello beautiful readers and inspire-rs!
Due to my recent move and the challenges I had to endure, I'd began feeling a need for order!
Read my recent blog post about my move here.
Now that I have embraced these internal changes I want this to reflect on the outside, so I am deciding to resurrect my old blog and combine this with my new site here.
I desire to provide my readers much ease with maneuvering on my website. I want you to understand my purpose for doing what I do and to eliminate any muddles with this.
I have a counseling ministry where I am not only being called to the homeschool mom but families, and this involves not only women but men and children as well! I want to be able to hit those areas in relationships that many bloggers may feel uncomfortable to discuss on a blog. Yes, I am going there!
You know why? Because this is who I am and what I'm being called to. You have individuals who may solely counsel face-to-face, but my ministry is much different (I occasionally still counsel individuals face-to-face when time allows). But I counsel through words of encouragement, my experiences (whether of my own or learning second hand through others I deal with), and I also counsel through bringing forth truth which bans against any lies Satan has managed to tell individuals. My vocation is to be that minister and psychologist (not licensed) condensed into one being here on my blogs.
So to cut down on confusion with this, I have a homeschool blog which will be going more in-depth of how we life school our children and the many experiences we encounter within this, and I will be using my gift of counsel to minister to the homeschool mom and beyond on my older website.

But don't worry, I will make sure that your maneuvering from one site to the other is done with ease. You will be able to access one site exactly while being on the other, so it probably won't even feel as if you've gone anywhere at all!
These changes are being done at this moment for two reasons:
1. to clarify my purpose and mission to you more clearly.
2. to join my two missions (life schooling & counseling) into one passion; directing individuals toward relationship with God in a more intimate way, causing lives to become better manageable!
So in other words, for those who do not homeschool, they will have access to visit my older site to gain encouragement and vice versa. This makes it more simple.
Old website...New changes!
Now let's talk about my older site for a briefy here. I am in the process of recreating it, but this is a site that I created years ago which ties into dealing with the intents of the heart. The things we usually don't want to face within ourselves, for whatever reasons, and subconsciously stuff with other things is what I will discuss here (kinda like what you see on this site). I want to reveal these using life stories of my own, others, or inspiring items or events which may stand as a paradigm for current truths we may be facing.
The truth is, I do not think I was mentally ready to introduce this site years ago and this is why it came to a halt. But now I am ready to introduce this site to the world with an old vision, however, with newer content.
From this site you will be able to access the same Daily "Manna" Devotions I have here on my homeschool site, as the "Mom's Closet" will be linked to both of my sites. For those who are subscribed to whyyoushouldnthomeschool.com, you will still receive updates in your inbox from Homeschooling 2 the Promised Land (solely as a homeschool blog with Daily "Manna" Devotionals).
As a reminder: Daily "Manna" Devotions are not specifically homeschool tailored, as they deal with the various facets of life (not just homeschool stuff).
You will have the option to access blogs of stories and podcast if you desire, but as far as receiving automatic updates, you will have to subscribe to my other blog, too. This can be done in a breeze by inputting your email address and bada bing bada boom! This will work the same as some of you have subscribed here.
